Airtime is looking for a  Sr. Product Manager, Push Notifications/Growth to help our product team deliver a best-in-class user experience. Responsibilities include developing product strategy, push notifications and experience integrating 3rd party tools.  Those with experience with growth marketing/product feature prioritization and product execution to drive user growth and engagement will assist with success to hit the ground running. In this role, you will blend data driven understanding of product metrics with qualitative feedback and business goals to come up with a convincing and clear product strategy and roadmap of features.  Works with cross functional teams to deliver on the roadmap. 

A bit about the role:

  • Mobile product management experience with a focus on Product growth and migrations
  • Mobile marketing tools/push notifications and associated strategies  to grow users and drive migrations 
  • Experienced with behavioral psychology applied strategies for gamification to engage users
  • Synthesizes user research and qualitative feedback from a variety of sources to inform the product roadmap
  • Makes micro-optimizations in all product experiences and flows to optimize for user love and product quality
  • Work with UX designers to improve the feel and vibe of the product via User Research and A/B tests
  • Delivers a fun user experience that rates highly in both user love and product finesse
  • Collaborates with Development to ensuring our product is fast, fluid, and scalable at all times
  • Plans and leads requirements, project, and relevant competitive reviews with team and executive leadership
  • Works on product deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging established processes, tools, and communications mechanisms within Airtime (Jira, Slack, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Braze, etc.)
  • Contributes to the design aspects of our product growth and engagement vision, responsible for thinking through some of our toughest feature challenges related to user notifications assisting our members and creators grow their graphs in meaningful ways 
  • Assists in the design of Airtime’s core product  growth and engagement strategy that demonstrates a concrete data driven understanding of product metrics with qualitative feedback
  • Designs, develops and implements features regarding follow and recommendations model
  • Solid understanding of mobile and web technologies, service operations at scale, and ability to go deep in technical areas
  • Analyzes product data  that provides insights on follow model placements, notifications, in-app toasts, people follow lists, and invite flows used by creators and members to inform leadership of product modifications to ensure continued growth and engagement
  • Builds ordered lists of both people and rooms that offer a one-of-a-kind experience of product content that is timely, relevant and engaging 
  • Develops a sticky/robust infrastructure that builds community that rewards creators and users for long-stays on our platform
  • Tracks all defined deliverables from conception through launch

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or related field 
  • 5+ years product management experience (mobile/gaming - growth or engagement) 
  • Experienced at growing social communities and specific experience designing notifications
  • Experience with mobile marketing tools/push notifications and associated strategies to grow users and drive migrations 
  • Demonstrated experience integrating and measuring success of mobile push notification campaigns through 3rd party analytics (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Braze etc.)
  • Strong data analysis skills and demonstrated success mapping product strategy 
  • Experience analyzing product data that provides insights on follow model placements notifications, in-app toasts, people follow lists, and invite flows used by creators and members to inform leadership of product modifications to ensure continued growth
  • Strong background in making large swings in key metrics  (e.g. daily signups, retention, and engagement (e.g. DAU/MAU)
  • Proficiency in collecting, synthesizing and incorporating user-feedback and mapping it to the overall product vision and roadmap
  • A creative thinker with a critical eye on evaluating product features, architecture, and capabilities
  • Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
  • An eye for detail, polish, quality and passionate about User Love and Design
  • Preferred:  
    • Experience working for a mobile/social/gaming company that understands user onboarding/flows
    • Hands on experience integrating A/B tests on copy, assets and user journeys
    • Demonstrated success building deep link strategies for growth
