A bit about the role:

We are launching world-class community products and need to effectively tell our community about them to drive adoption! The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Creators & Communities will drive product and go-to-marketing strategy for our creator products, while influencing product growth and adoption from creators and contributors. In this role, you'll work closely with marketing, product management, partnerships, content, data operations, and business teams. This is a new role, and the opportunity to impact the business and the creator experience is limitless!

A bit about the work:

  • Drive product and go-to-marketing strategy for our creator products and features
  • Execute product market strategies, both internally and externally, for the creator community
  • Create awareness and adoption of our creator products through effective positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, on and off platform channel strategy and internal cross-functional readiness/activation
  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback and represent the voice of the customer and market internally with Product Management and Engineering
  • Drive adoption of features and solutions across creators
  • Gather feedback, collaborate, and influence the development of products, tools, and features that support our creator ecosystem
  • Consistently communicate and present new product roadmaps and changes with creator and partner-facing team members

A bit about you: 

  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a software/technology driven company - preferably focusing on social/creator communities
  • Extremely comfortable within a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot quickly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and demonstrate strong EQ
  • Deeply immersed in the creator ecosystem while having significant empathy for creators and influencers
  • Eager to build and scale and get hands dirty
  • A storyteller with ability to influence
