Airtime is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Community Products with a demonstrable track record of innovation and out-the-box thinking. This is a critical role responsible for crafting and executing a product strategy that drives participatory social experiences in a live digital setting. In this role, you will work directly with the Director of Community & Creator Products and a world-class team of experts to help people connect around shared interests in new and exciting ways. This role requires a keen understanding of community dynamics, motivation psychology, product metrics, and qualitative feedback to formulate and drive a roadmap of breakthrough features that bring our community strategy to life.  

A bit about the role

  • Contribute to Airtime’s overall product strategy and roadmap of innovative features
  • Enable social communities to thrive by synthesize research and qualitative feedback 
  • Collaborate with UX designers to drive the look, feel and vibe of the product 
  • Architect a fun & enriching experience that rates high in user love & product finesse
  • Optimize existing products and flows to spur user love, participation, engagement
  • Work on product deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging processes, tools, and communications mechanisms (Jira, Slack, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of mobile and web technologies, service operations at scale, and ability to go deep in technical areas

A bit about you:

  • 5+ years product management experience (social/mobile/gaming)
  • Direct experience in core product/community building (engagement, retention and growth)
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or related field 
  • Experience building and growing social communities
  • Strong data analysis skills and demonstrated success mapping product strategy 
  • Strong product management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
  • An eye for detail, polish, quality and passionate about User Love and Design
